Join us for our Annual Fundraising Walk for Prehabilitation on Saturday, September 6th at 10 am, a hospital-driven event dedicated to empowering patients on their journey to recovery — before surgery even begins! Every step you take supports our mission to provide personalized, life-changing prehabilitation programs that enhance strength, improve outcomes, and promote long-term wellness. We will meet in front of the McGill University Medical building (Mclntyre Building) and walk all together to the Mont Royal observation!. 

Whether you're walking in honour of a loved one, a healthcare hero, or simply to support a good cause, your participation helps us expand access to vital resources, exercise programs, and education for patients preparing for surgery.
